The adoption application is the first step of our adoption process. The application is lengthy, but this allows us to get to know potential adopters better, and it is the first step in our screening process. The application will help us make sure we assist in pairing you with the most suitable horse for you, to ensure safety and success for both horse and human. All completed adoption applications can be sent via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are an owner looking to surrender a horse to our program, you must first complete this form. Submission of this form does NOT guarantee that we will accept your horse into our program. Acceptance will be prioritized based upon the horse's medical/nutritional need, safety of current situation and available space at our facility. All completed surrender request forms can be sent via email to: email@example.com
If you are interested in volunteering with our organization, please fill out our volunteer application. This is not an official release of liability, so if you are approved to volunteer, expect to sign further documents. All completed volunteer applications can be sent via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are seeking community service hours with our organization, you must first fill out our community service application. We will require all hours to be pre-authorized by a supervisor with our organization. Offenders with charges that are sexual or violent in nature shall NOT be permitted to complete community service hours with our organization. All completed community service applications can be sent via email to: email@example.com
All individuals who come on property and/or interact with GDHRR horses are required to have a liability release form on file for the current year.
